Shipping policy

If your items are in stock, your order will be dispatched within 1-5 working days after payment is received from our location - Port Moody, BC Canada.

Please note that during peak season, or new product launches, we may experience higher order volumes, which could lead to dispatch or shipping delays.

Bukae & Co. ships all domestic online orders via Purolator, UPS, Canada Post or air freight, for International shipping via DHL, FedX, UPS or Canada Post, with shipping costs calculated based on the weight of your order. Local delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 working days and International delivery typically takes between 4 to 12 working days depending on your location.

Please note for International shipping : Bukae & Co. is not responsible for any customs charges that may occur. Please be aware of any custom charges that may apply before purchasing. Kindly ensure that you provide your complete and accurate address, including any apartment or building details, to avoid potential delays or additional fees from the shipping company 

If you refuse any customs duty or other charges, we will not be able to refund the shipping cost nor the customs charge when we receive the package back to us. Please make sure you are aware of any new charges before purchasing.
